My doors are 75cm wide, so if the couch when packed, is 69cm high, then I can easily get it in the door but if higher as shown in the dimensions picture diagram I will struggle with it. Can you confirm that the couch comes packed with the 179x99x69cm measurements.

Yes, when packed this sofa has a height of 69 cm and should easily fit through your 75cm wide doorway. It is delivered without the legs attached and without the cushions added to the back, this allows for easier delivery.

Could you tell me whether the arms are removable? I'm looking for a sofa bed that will fit in my cellar, which is down a very narrow staircase.

The Coste Sofa Bed does have fixed covers and so they are not removable. However the seat and back cushion covers can be removed for specialist cleaning.
