Does the head rest fold back in order for me to sleep stretched out comfortably?

Don't worry it is relatively simple to extend the sofa-bed. The head rest simply unzips and folds straight out to take it to the full 189cm extension

Please could you confirm the actual length of the bed as the dimensions given refer to 2 lengths?

When extended out to be a bed this has a length of 164cm with the head section up to be used a a pillow. It is 189cm in length when the pillow section is folded down flat.
