An interesting article for all you Facebook fans out there....
I came across this one on the BBC website and found it rather useful, its all about the effect that Facebook has on all of us!
Edinburgh Napier University recently conducted a study on 200 students (a rather small sample considering that there are more than 500 million users of Facebook across the globe at present!)
The university found that a significant number of students experienced 'Facebook-related anxiety' in terms of stress experienced when deciding whether or not to add Facebook friends!
Of these students, 3 in 10 felt actual guilt when rejecting Facebook friends (I guess I can understand that if you decide not to accept Aunty Mabel as a friend for fear that she'll see the pictures of THAT infamous night out in London....)
