“ The piping detail gives these footstools a refined look, yet they're comfortable and practical too. And I love the legs - elegant and handy at the same time.

Questions about the Orson Footstool in biscuit beige (5)

Ask a question

Angela 19 Sep 2012

Is it possible to remove the castors from the legs of the Orson Armchair? I have hard floors and am concerned that it would be unsafe on this surface

Made Customer Services 19 Sep 2012

The castors on the legs of the Orson Armchair cannot be removed, however the back legs do not have castors so it would certainly be quite stable on most domestic surfaces.

Marie 18 Sep 2012

Are the castors detachable? If not, how can I protect my wooden floor?

Made Customer Services 18 Sep 2012

You could theoretically remove the castors, but the front of the sofa would then tip forward significantly and this could effect the structure of the sofa. We would recommend that you could purchase castor cups from any hardware store.

Victoria 17 Mar 2013

Is the fabric durable enough to have in a rental property?

Made Customer Services 17 Mar 2013

All our furniture is produced to meet the British standards for domestic use and all our upholstered items have been tested to meet the BS5852 regulation for fire safety. The fabric is designed to stand up to everyday domestic use.

Anne 17 Apr 2013

Is the overall look linen or does it look shiny?

Made Customer Services 17 Apr 2013

This fabric contains both linen and cotton, giving it a very natural and high quality look and feel. There is a portion of manufactured material in the fabric and this gives it a much higher level of durability and would be ideal for use in the home where it will come into contact with day to day wear.

Rebecca 5 Nov 2012

Where is the Orson furniture made?

Made Customer Services 5 Nov 2012

The Orson Range is made in China.
