Ask a question

Wiilo 24 Oct 2012

Do you have 3 seater version of the sofa called Jazz and how much does it cost?

Made Customer Services 24 Oct 2012

We don't have a 3 seater version of the jazz club sofa. You might want to consider our Hendrix or Canape sofas.

Katrina 16 Oct 2012

What is the seat depth of this item?

Made Customer Services 16 Oct 2012

I can confirm that the seating depth for the Jazz range is 60cm approx.

Miriam 3 Jan 2013

What is bicast leather, exactly? Please

Made Customer Services 3 Jan 2013

Bicast leather is a material made with a split leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane that is applied to the surface and then embossed. The resulting product has aconsistent texture that is easier to clean and maintain

Eileen 23 Jun 2012

Is it possible to have or ask for firm support to cushions for sofas? As they are bulk ordered i wondered if it means a standard softish cushion support is supplied?

Made Customer Services 23 Jun 2012

This sofa is only available with medium-soft cushions.

Wolfgang 23 Nov 2012

Do the feet unscrew to reduce the sofa through a 75cm doorway?

Made Customer Services 23 Nov 2012

I am happy to confirm that the feet do screw off, so fitting it through a standard doorway wont be an issue.

Roger 15 May 2012

Does the jazz club chair have removable seat or back cushions ?

Made Customer Services 15 May 2012

The Jazz Club chair's cushions are sewn in to the chair and cannot be removed.

Claire 1 Oct 2012

Is this colour black or a very dark brown? I can't quite tell from the photo.

Made Customer Services 1 Oct 2012

It is a very dark brown, which is very close to black. Think of a bar of dark chocolate and you're in the right area.
