Bicast leather is a material made with a split leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane that is applied to the surface and then embossed. The resulting product has aconsistent texture that is easier to clean and maintain

The Jazz cognac sofa has a mottled appearance in the photo on-line. Is this how it looks in real life? Do you have any images of them in situ in real homes?

I can confirm that the Jazz club sofa looks very similar to the image shown on our website and does have a mottled appearance. If you click through the thumbnail images you will see a range of views of the sofa. If you click on the underlined text "their home snaps" above under the 'why shop with made.com' heading you will be able to see images of this item (and others) in customers homes.

Is it possible to have or ask for firm support to cushions for sofas? As they are bulk ordered i wondered if it means a standard softish cushion support is supplied?
