Does the Fielding sofa come in a 2 seater version as the 3 seater version is just too long for my house?

At the moment we only sell this sofa in a 3 seater version however have noted your interest in a 2 seater version.

Does the long cushion at the back come off? If so, what is the depth of the seating area when the cushion is removed?

The back cushion can indeed be removed and without this cushion the seating depth is approximately 70cm.
