Would this chair be suitable in the corner of my kitchen/diner - something cosy that I can sink into with a cup of tea and read whilst looking over the garden?

Does the Bouji chair move on the casters?

The back legs of the Bouji chair are fixed and so the chair will not move whilst you are seated. If you wish to move the chair the wheels will make this easier.

The Bouji chair is delivered fully assembled. The legs cannot be removed.

I think this chair would look great in my living room, do you think that it would look too small set against my armchairs and sofas?

The seat of the Bouji Chair is almost the same size as the seating area of a lot of our armchairs, it is however a bit lower and has a relatively low back. Although the design should certainly prevent the chair from being insignificant this chair will appear smaller than your armchairs and sofa.
