I'm thinking of ordering the Newark Corner Sofa but am unsure whether it can be delivered into my 1st floor flat. How can I be sure that this is possible?

The easiest way to find out if a product can be successfully delivered into your property is to refer to the packing dimensions you can find above on this page. This is how it will arrive to your house, and if you measure the width and height of your door-frame and compare these to the measurements on our site it should give you a good indication of whether delivery will be possible.

We don't make a 3 seater sofa in the same style or colour. But you should find a complimentary sofa in our range that would look good with this. For example the Halston or Scott sofas could look good with this.

All you will need to do is attach the feet. Other than this it requires no further assembly.

I really like the Newark sofa in oatmeal but I have two small kids. How easy is to remove the covers? Does this sofa have a supporting leg in the middle?

The covers on the Newark Corner Sofa are designed to be easy to remove, we do recommend that you use professional upholstery cleaners as improper cleaning can make them hard to put back onto the cushions. There is a leg at the midpoint on the sofa where it meets the chaise and the chaise has its own set of legs.
