“ The scroll detail and piping give it real character, yet it's really comfortable too. And I love the legs - both striking and practical.

Ask a question

Angela 19 Sep 2012

Is it possible to remove the castors from the legs of the Orson Armchair? I have hard floors and am concerned that it would be unsafe on this surface

Made Customer Services 19 Sep 2012

The castors on the legs of the Orson Armchair cannot be removed, however the back legs do not have castors so it would certainly be quite stable on most domestic surfaces.

Anne 11 Apr 2012

What kind of texture does the fabric of the Orson have?

Made Customer Services 11 Apr 2012

The fabric of the Orson contains both linen and cotton, giving it a very natural and high quality look and feel. A portion of manufactured material in the fabric gives it much higher durability, but does not affect the classic look of this fabric. You can order a fabric sample free of charge at the fabric sample link further up this page.

Erin 15 May 2012

Is it possible to remove the legs from the Orson sofa? What are the measurements of the sofa with the legs detached?

Made Customer Services 15 May 2012

The Orson is delivered fully-made but with the legs detached. The dimensions of the Orson sofa with the legs detached are 202 x 96 x 78cm. You can also find the exact packaging dimensions further up on this page.

Marie 18 Sep 2012

Are the castors detachable? If not, how can I protect my wooden floor?

Made Customer Services 18 Sep 2012

You could theoretically remove the castors, but the front of the sofa would then tip forward significantly and this could effect the structure of the sofa. We would recommend that you could purchase castor cups from any hardware store.
