Living by the coast is a major influence on Callum Wilson’s designs. He’s inspired by the sails and shapes at the harbour, and it really comes through in his Axle rugs.
The lines, shapes and pastel colours give it a retro charm - like the patterns on mid-century textiles. But this abstract design will work in any modern home.
We entrusted this collection to our rug manufacturer in India. They crafted it with loop pile yarns to give the texture variety. And, they hand carved around the larger shapes for definition.
