Tej Chauhan designed this cutting-edge desk for us, combining his background in innovation with a keen eye for the aesthetic. Its slick black-meets-oak finish looks great, while hidden storage keeps your cables and clutter hidden.
Every aspect of Blaise is well-considered: the visible wood grain, the sliding worktop that reveals a clever storage tray. It's detailed, hard-working design at its finest, and the result is a practical yet on-trend necessity for your office space.
For a contemporary designer, Tej Chauhan's methods go back to basics: everything he's ever designed has been with a Pentel Q1000 automatic pencil. He's had one in his hand since an early age – design his chosen path for as long as he can remember. So it's no surprise that his industrial, attention-grabbing pieces have earned him countless industry awards: IDSA Gold, iF Product Design Awards and D&AD Product Design Awards, to name a few.
I'm really enjoying my new blaise desk, after months of working at a less that ideal table in the house. The finish and feel of the wood surface is premium and it was really easy to assemble.
The tray for hiding wires and computer cables and the black strip along the back that provides a great contrast to the wood finish.
Lovely desk, beautiful and clever design,. Family love it for studying, artwork, homeworking.
Great product, deliver promptly. Bought a desk ,. Better than imagined, great design.
Love the desk, though one of the grommets wouldn’t line up with the bolt on the underneath of the desk resulting in one of the leg brackets being loose.
