OFFSHORE DELIVERY
Please note, deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may take slightly longer due to customs checks.

For deliveries to ROI only, you’ll need to pay an extra surcharge in addition to our standard UK delivery fee per item in your basket. This surcharge will vary depending on the size and weight of your item(s) – see below for a breakdown of costs. While we may occasionally be able to combine surcharges for items within the same delivery, this isn’t guaranteed. There’s no surcharge for deliveries to NI.

When will I get my order?

EVRi
Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the day before to let you know it's due for arrival. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date if you need to. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

ROYAL MAIL
Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. On the day of your delivery, you'll get a text and email to let you know it's due for arrival. If you're not in, a card will be left and you'll be able to collect your order from your local post office. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

NB: For Lick Paint Samples delivered to a UK postal address we offer free next working day delivery.

DPD
Your order will be delivered to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will send you another text with a 1 hour delivery slot. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date, leave it with your favourite neighbour or send it to a local depot for collection. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

DX DELIVERY
Your order will typically be delivered within five working days of dispatch. You'll get a text on the day of delivery and be allocated a 2 hour delivery slot. If the time doesn’t suit you’ll be given the opportunity to change the date.

DHL
Your order will be delivered to your door within 24 hours of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your favourite neighbour.
All our orders are dispatched on the basis of next day delivery. For orders placed before 1pm they will be delivered within two working days, and for orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend they will be delivered up to three working days later.

YODEL
Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 working days of dispatch. You'll get a text and email the day before to let you know it's due for arrival. You'll have the option to reschedule for a different date if you need to. Please note: packaging won't be taken away by the carrier.

BJS / ARROW XL / RHENUS
Our delivery partner will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery's due. They'll give you a delivery date and time slot for you to confirm (or reschedule). They'll deliver to the room of your choice, unless you request otherwise. They can only deliver above the ground floor if there's access to a lift, enough safe space access, or if the item weighs less than 85kg. They won't be able to deliver above the third floor, unless there's a lift. It's your responsibility to check that the item(s) will fit through doors and staircases in its packaging before you place your order.

Types of delivery

GROUPED DELIVERY
Where possible, we'll offer you the option to group your order, so all items arrive on the same day. Handy. This is possible if:

  • All items can go with the same carrier
  • The difference in lead times isn't too large


Don't worry, you'll also have the option not to group your order, and instead receive multiple deliveries as and when your products are ready. If you've chosen standard delivery, you'll still only pay one delivery charge, even if you want your products at different times.

WEEKEND DELIVERY
Where applicable, you can opt for Saturday or Sunday delivery at the checkout. We charge extra per delivery for weekend services, so if you choose to get your items delivered separately, it'll cost you more. Please note: if you've already placed your order and selected a standard weekday delivery, we can't change this to a weekend delivery. 


DELIVERY UPGRADES
If you want to upgrade to a premium service (e.g. Saturday delivery), we'll charge you an upgrade fee per delivery. So if you want to group your delivery and have 3 items in your order, you'll only pay the upgrade once. But if you've chosen to ungroup your order and receive multiple deliveries, you'll need to pay an upgrade fee per delivery. You can choose which products you'd like the upgrade on.

Click & Collect

EVRi PARCELSHOP
Items will be available to collect 2 days after dispatch. You'll receive a text or email when your order's waiting for you at your chosen ParcelShop. To collect, all you need is your MADE.COM order number, proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of address. Your parcel will be held at the ParcelShop for 5 days.

ROYAL MAIL LOCAL COLLECT
Items will be available to collect 2 days after dispatch. You'll receive a text or email when your order's waiting for you at your chosen branch. To collect, all you need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address. Your parcel will be held at the Post Office® branch for 18 days.

COLLECTPLUS
Items will be available to collect the day after dispatch. You'll receive a text or email when your order's waiting for you at your chosen CollectPlus store. To collect, all you need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and your unique 7-character collection code and collection barcode (these will be noted in the aforementioned text/email). Your parcel will be held at the CollectPlus store for 10 days.

Removal of old item(s) of furniture

While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need here.
