Designing the best bedding doesn’t just mean nailing the colour and pattern. We know we do that pretty well, but we want to have our Earth-friendly options down, too. That’s why we’re always innovating with sustainable fabrics, fibres and finishes, and continue to work with factories that are known for their craftsmanship and quality. Ready to dive in? Hitting snooze never felt so good.
1. Stonewashed organic cotton
Our organic cotton range is GOTS approved – that means it’s free from chemicals and pesticides. It’s also hypoallergenic, and keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. There’s no end to its benefits. Not sure what finish to go for? For a real softie, try stonewashed. This is the technique that gives you that pre-loved, laid-back look – and it’s why Zana’s one of our favourites. Or if you’re into those rustic vibes, say hi to Sena – those frayed edges nail the boho trend.
The fibres in bamboo are kind to your skin, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, deodorising and breathable. Did you get all of that? Oh, and it doesn’t need pesticides to grow – and uses less water in production. So you can sleep soundly knowing you’re doing your bit for the planet. It’s unmatched in softness, and will stay that way, too – bamboo keeps its good looks and endless benefits for years. We'd say these are all good reasons to add Elijah to your basket (if those muted tones weren’t convincing enough).
Like our other offerings, linen’s breathable, hypoallergenic and incredibly resilient – and it naturally regulates your body temperature. We pre-wash ours for that easy-going Sunday morning feel and, every time you wash it yourself, it’ll get even softer. (That’s a win for those lie-ins.) Check out Brisa’s crinkled texture – there’s no need to get the iron out for this one. Kelsey and Joanna are equally as relaxed, with sophisticated patterns to boot. Now all you need to do is style those scatter cushions.
