Excellent set! Very stylish and very good quality!

Some of the plates (especially the large ones) are not totally flat (leveled) so it's not stable and it can be disturbing as it moves while you're eating. I'm using table mats to avoid that. Overall, they're as expected, as described.

Well made but not smooth finish.

Whilst I realise that reactive glaze is more natural, there are parts along the edges where the glazing has missed so it looks like a crack from a small distance. I wouldn’t expect this from such an expensive set as I’ve had much cheaper ones in the past that didn’t have these flaws. The plates are lovely to look at but be careful if you’re having gravy or sauces as it quite easily runs off the edge.

I have been sending emails to your customer service but to no avail. I purchased two sets of this range so I could have enough for dinner parties. Within the first week, placing plates in the dishwasher, I was shocked to find one of the plates with a big crack in it! The range is supposed to be dishwasher safe! I wanted to get in touch with the customer service team to get a replacement as the range is a pricey one and having plates just crack left right and centre even though barely been used, is just very deflating! I don't think I will purchase serveware from Made again as the customer service is non existent!
