Hi Laura, Thank you for your review, I am very sorry that you have had a poor experience on this occasion. Our customers complained about the number of shipping update emails they were receiving so we updated the system to show the new estimated dispatch dates and therefore allowed our customers to see updates on line at any time. I am sorry that this change that our customers requested has not suited you. We are always happy to check orders and give updates if you cannot get updates online. I can see that my colleagues have arranged a partial refund as compensation for the delay. We are sorry that the continuing Covid situation is still affecting our manufacturers and the supply chain.
